We offer various decorating services – Interior Decorating, Interior Redesign, Real Estate Staging and Color Consulting – each customized to fit your lifestyle, goal and budget. We will listen closely to your needs and promise to deliver the best possible space for you to love coming home to!

Interior Redesigning

Interior redesign (or “one day decorating” as it is sometimes called) is a system of artfully rearranging your own furniture, lighting and accessories within a space to achieve a more attractive and functional space. By applying interior design principles, your room will now have that “designer look” without having to spend money on anything new!

The room is first cleared of everything in order to assess the space and determine a focal point. Then it is reassembled using what your already own. With your permission, we then “shop” other areas of the house for furniture and/or accessories to complete the room and show its full potential.

We ask that you go on about your day as usual, by either going to work or on errands, so that you can return and experience the “wow” factor that is part of the whole process. We would then supply you with a list of any additional accessories that we feel would complete the room, if needed.

Home Staging

From curb appeal down to your closet space, prospective buyers are looking to “fall in love” with a home…and real estate staging can definitely “woo” them into falling in love with yours!

Staging ensures that your home shows warmth, space and function by enhancing the style and the feeling of your home. Potential buyers will see the best features of your home because your furnishings are arranged to guide the eye to them! After all, you are selling your home, not your furniture.

Staging is designed to keep potential buyers in your home longer by allowing them to visualize themselves in each space. The longer potential buyers stay in your home, the more likely it is that they will make an offer.
Having your home ready for showing at a moment’s notice can be exhausting. A staged home is designed to be easier for you to keep ready. That gives you time to prepare for moving to your new home instead of spending all of your energy worrying that your home is show-ready.
